This beautiful apartment has one bedroom master suite with private bath, a living room and small kitchenette. The kitchenette contains a microwave and hot plate for coffee/tea and heating up food. The kitchenette area is a shared area to allow owner to enter the basement and use the washer/dryer. The house is 4 miles to Concord center, the train station and Walden Pond. The house has a close connection to nature. Conservation trails are right outside the door. The bedroom has wall to wall wool carpet with 4 windows. The living room and kitchenette have wood floors. Entry way is tile floor. The apartment is on the side of my home. The area is in a pastoral setting with lovely views. There is parking in front of the house off the street. There is a private entrance. I’m available to answer any questions about the suite and would be delighted to recommend restaurants, hiking trails, swimming areas, x country skiing, transportation, and local entertainment. If you would like a rejuvenation, health retreat please inquire. The suite is located in a lovely pastoral neighborhood. Hiking trails are located next to the property and close by are many sport related activities. A cross country ski facility, Walden Pond, canoe rental, and rails to trails for biking, walking or running. A car is helpful but not a must as Uber is available. Concord Center has a train that goes to Boston. A cleaning service is available daily, weekly or bi monthly. Whole Foods delivery services the area.
