Hills West neighborhood! Beautiful modern house community, in the very safe and quiet South Richland. Near Leslie Canyon, Chamna Nature Preserve, and rivers. Quick access to shopping mall, many stores, restaurants, and freeways. The guest room has a Full gel-memory foam bed, window, desk, fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker. Smart TV has Netflix, Hulu and Spectrum cable channels. Desk and chair in room with USB plugs for your devices. High speed WiFi access included. Spacious guest bathroom is adjacent to room. Hot tub always available. Fridge has water, juice and breakfast items available for guests. Guests are welcome to the private downstairs living room and backyard. The chickens would love to see you as well! Guests are welcome to use the brand new hot tub, great for cool evenings. Towels provided. Kitchen available by request. We keep bikes on the front patio for guests to use to see the neighborhood. Feel free to use them! We are usually available onsite as needed. We love to meet you and chat, but if you just like to go to the room, that’s fine too. This is a very safe neighborhood to go for walks, and we are 1 mile from many anenities: grocery store, convenience store, Starbucks, restaurants, medical walk-in clinic. There is public transportation available on our street, and many shopping/restaurants within 5 minutes by car. Feel free to use the bikes on the front porch, and cruise the neighborhood.
