The Roost on Franny's Farm- minutes to Asheville

"The Roost" at Franny's Farm is the top floor of the Farm House overlooking our organic farm with goats, heritage chickens, honeybees, a donkey, gardens, hiking trail and event barn. There is a private entrance to the adorable 2 bedroom, 1 bath, large living area with kitchenette. Custom, clean and all your needs with your own heat/air unit. Small dogs allowed. You can feel relaxed surrounded by beautiful farmland only 25 minutes to downtown Asheville. The two bedrooms have queen beds and the sofa pulls out to a bed. We also host farm weddings and private events in our barn. You may even get lucky to arrive at a time where we are offering Goat Yoga! We have self-guided tour documents available so you can get acquainted with the land. You may visit the farm animals, but PLEASE shut the gates behind you and no dogs allowed in the pasture. Walk through the gardens and hike the Moonshine Mary Trail behind the community building. Gather around the grand fire pit to socialize, relax and star gaze! We love to interact with guests but also respect your privacy and we are busy caring for the land, livestock and all the happenings on the farm. So, feel free to approach us or our farm manager with questions. We also have the underground insider recommendations for the best of everything Asheville and the surrounding area has to offer- from hiking, tubing, biking to restaurants like Indian, sushi, Mexican and those with a certain vibe. And we know music and the venues! South Turkey Creek Valley is a quiet & rustic neighborhood, beautiful farmland and mountain views abound! Neighboring horse & cow farms, tomato & corn fields, dense forest & old logging trails. Franny's Farm is about 25 minutes from downtown Asheville. It is an easy 3 turns on public roads. Uber, Lyft, & AVL Ride are available for transportation. The ART bus stops about 8 miles from the farm by the Ingles on New Leicester Hwy. The Roost accommodates 4 guests, children under age 12 are at no additional charge. Children over 12 are $50 per night. Your well behaved pet is a $50 fee. And can be paid at the self check in counter by the farm store. A cancellation the week prior to reservation date receives a 50% refund. Our policy is to refund the guest 100% if the reservation is filled by a new occupant. Franny's Farm has an event space in the barn and hosts fun events like Goat Yoga, weddings, and retreats! It can be an active place during peak season and on weekends. Any wedding or event must be completely shut down with guests off property by 11pm.
