The Finca is the ideal choice for those who want to spend their holiday in the seclusion of a relaxing, private environment in nature, as well as those who want to live close to the most amazing spots in Dalmatia. The beautiful area is known for its historical value of UNESCO cities like Split, the unique nature and amazing national parks, and of course the crystal clear Adriatic Sea with more than 1000 islands. A private swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace and a huge garden with lots of tropical plants, offering an authentic Mediterranean outdoor living experience. The pool has a size of 8x3.5 meters and a depth of 1.50, and provides an integrated bench inside where you can relax with friends or play with your children. Additionally, with beach chairs to enjoy the sunshine, an outdoor shower and a barbecue house, the 1000m2 piece of land is ideal for relaxing, dinners, parties or playing in the garden. The two bedroom apartment is placed on the ground floor. The Finca offers a spacious living and dining room with a pull-out couch, TV, fireplace and air conditioning, and a well equipped American kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, fridge, hob, kettle, toaster, pancake and coffee maker. The modern, beautiful decorated house disposes of a bathroom with a WC and shower, and two bedrooms with double beds. The dining hall opens to a spacious terrace, where you have the possibility to serve the dinner outside, listen to the crickets chirping and enjoy the magnificent view over the countryside. All in all, the Finca offers a peaceful retreat from everyday life, perfect for families with kids or a group of friends. The apartment is placed on the ground floor; the apartment and the whole, huge garden with the pool, BBQ house and terraces are for your own, private use only! The apartment on the first floor will be rented as well, but without access to these areas mentioned and shown here. If you’re looking for adventures, the area offers everything one can wish for an active holiday: Within close distance, you can choose whether to go to Omiš (49km away) where you can enjoy Rafting, Canyoning, or Zipline, or wander along in one of the eight, spectacular national parks in Croatia, like the Krka Waterfalls (68km away) or the Plitivice Lakes National Park (225km away), a UNESCO World Heritage. Furthermore, at a distance of 10km you will find Klis fortress, the Game of Thrones exterior shot location for the city of Meereen.
