The Barn has use of a tumble dryer, washing machine, hair dryer, power shower. Beautiful walks from the doorstep and a lovely shared heated swimming pool which is open 12 hours a day as well as a games room which includes full sized snooker table, table tennis. We have recently refurbished the barn to an extremely high standard complete with a brand-new kitchen, cooker, fridge, Sofas, rugs, and new decor, as well as further opening the space up, resulting in a fantastic open plan living dining area. The bedrooms have also been updated with new beds and mattresses for your utmost comfort and a great night's sleep, we will continue to update, upgrade, and maintain our home to the highest possible standards on an ongoing basis for your total benefit, our aim is to have the best most up to date Barn on site so that you can relax and enjoy your stay in total comfort. The cottage is situated in a great location, just 2 miles from the town of Fakenham and 15 minutes drive from the coast. National Trust houses, the city of Norwich, the North Norfolk Broads, Sandringham Estate all close by. There is currently no Wifi available at the Barn.
