Although, NTCH is historic turn of the century converted carriage house, it is a comfortable, clean, safe, quiet 2 BR (1-Queen and 1-full), 1 full tub/shower combo bathroom. Private entrance with 1 car covered/1 car uncovered off street parking. Fully equipped Kitchen, linens and towels, 50 inch LG smart TV with ROKU with cable access and WiFi. Sleeps 4 comfortably, but there are 2 full size sofas. Feel free to contact owner with any questions. Although, we have a fenced in back yard, our guests will not have access. NO SMOKING
