You can be in the heart of Skipton , also known as the Gateway to the Dales , within a ten minute train ride with its famous market, pubs, bars & restaurants. Take advantage of the train to relax and visit Skipton, Settle and the famous Classic Railway adventure through the beautiful Dales on the Settle to Carlisle Railway. Should you prefer to travel by car, you can explore the Lake District, just over an hour away. The Ticking Room is perfect place to explore the Yorkshire Dales and beyond, then relax and unwind in luxury at the end of the day. Smoking in the Apartment or on the balcony is not allowed at any time. Please use the main entrance to exit the building and not the Fire exit - except in a genuine emergency.
