ED Refnr. 2756262 Rustic holiday house with a very comfortably furnished living room, a fireplace oven and bicycles available for use to explore the surroundings This rustic house is south, located in a quiet location and can be reached by car well, even in winter the stay is wonderful. The farmhouse restored in 2009 combines old elements with modern designer furniture. The holiday house is on two floors. The roof consists of historical slate. The living room is thoughtfully furnished and consists of a lounge area with an open dining space. It has two sofas and has satellite TV (only English channels) and a video recorder. The dining room is for six people. The separate kitchen includes an oven, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and toaster. Four people can sit here. There is another room with a cooking niche and shower next to the kitchen. The ground floor also has a guest toilet with a washbasin. The upper floor, with a spiral staircase leading up to it, provides three bedrooms, two with a double bed (160 x 200cm and 150 x 200cm) and the third with a single bed. All the beds are comfortable and the mattresses were new in 2014. The latter room has a desk and another TV (with English satellite channels only). The upper floor also has a big bathroom with a toilet and a shower/bath. Each room has heating. The house has a child-friendly set-up. By the house there is a little terrace with a garden suite. The house is surrounded by green nature and a fenced garden, ideal for children who would like to run around outdoors freely. There are two barbecues. Six parking spaces are available. You can use four standard bicycles for exploring the surroundings. The little fireplace oven in the living room enhances its cosiness and provides pleasant evenings. The firewood is in the adjacent barn and can be used free of charge. Internet in this region of Normandy is not as good as we expect this in the Netherlands. At the end of the street there is a home-spot, more to the inhabited world there is always free internet in the McDonalds / bowling / subtropical swimming pool. Shops (bakers, etc.), public transport and a restaurant can be reached within 1 km. There is also the opportunity to ride in the near vicinity (1 km). The city Flers can be reached in about 3 km, exactly the same road also leads to the big city of Caen. Shopping opportunities and a large merchandise trade are about 3 km away. Within a distance of 27 kilometers you can reach Bagnoles-de-l'Orne, a place that is known for its spa services and its casino.
