4 The Stables ( Skipbridge Farm) Cottage nr York No 4 The Stables is a delightful small cottage , ideal for a couple or a small family . It is a renovated former 1800's stable block which has retained it original charm. Skipbridge Farm is approx 20 minutes from York city centre, we are also located close to Poppleton Bar park and ride. Green Hammerton is five minutes away and has a lovely local pub that serves food. There is also a Chinese take away just up the road from the farm. We live on a small holding at Skipbridge Farm , we are close to York and Harrogate You can access the whole cottage , living room , kitchen ,bathroom with bath and shower , bedroom 1 with a double bed and bedroom 2 with a small 4ft double bed . The key will be in the door , the cottage will be open for you when you arrive . The Cottage is part of a converted stable block . Skipbridge Farm is near Green Hammerton , and is about 20 minutes away from York . Poppleton Bar park and ride is 5 minutes away and makes getting into York really easy . There are lovely pubs close by , and the Sweet Basil chinese offers great take aways. We are a few miles away from the park and ride which makes getting into York city centre really easy You will need a car , or to take a taxi .
