Outside there is a 350 sq meters terrace with a 45 sq meters swimming pool, covered seating and dining areas, a BBQ and covered parking for 3 to 4 cars. Near the BBQ there is a guest house, with a bedroom with one double bed and a single bed, a bathroom and a kitchenette. The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.
