Large, modern, ensuite close to Cambridge

Modern detached home with great light and very quiet. Situated in a small, quiet development within a rural village close to Cambridge. A minimum 48 hours is required in advance of booking to ensure the room and access can be made available. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen sitting room and garden during their stay. This is a warm, friendly, family home and we guarantee your comfort during your stay with us. Guests can use the kitchen including the oven, hob, microwave, kettle or fridge during their stay if they wish to do so! We are a warm family and will happily spend time with you during your stay but equally happy to provide you with peace and privacy! I am also happy to help with local restaurant recommendations or other similar information that you might require. The house is set on a private plot within a quiet neighbourhood next to recreational fields accessible directly from the property. The village is ideally situated and convenient for travel to Cambridge or London. There is a bus service to Cambridge which is a 20-25 minute walk from the house or Cambridge is a 15 minute drive away. London is easily accessible from the North Cambridge or Cambridge City train stations or Shepreth, Royston or St Neots train station. The village is also close to both the A14 and the M11. I have one very friendly golden retriever and two children, ages 15 and 16 (I feel like that this sounds like a warning but I assure you, all three of them are fabulous, friendly and above all well-behaved!). I do ask that all reservations are made a minimum 48 hours prior to arrival to ensure the room and access can be made available.
