Spacious ground floor, ensuite rooms within a two acre walled kitchen garden and nursery set in a peaceful old country estate. Ideally placed for visiting nearby National Trust gardens, stately homes, the Bluebell steam railway and Ashdown Forest Spacious rooms overlook colourful borders of shrubs, roses and herbs. Over 50 varieties of trained fruit cover the walls; soft fruit and vegetables thrive in rich organic soil whilst free range chickens and bees contribute towards a wholesome breakfast. We are enthusiastic gardeners, keen to be environmentally (and people!) friendly. Children are very welcome. Rooms have own access to garden, TV, free WiFi, tea/coffee making facilities, silent running fridge. Breakfast served in conservatory. We are happy to chat to people whilst they eat. Situated in the heart of beautiful rural Sussex countryside yet Gatwick airport only 20 mins away, railway station 15 mins with fast service to London (45 mins) and Brighton 25 mins. Good road and rail links nearby, also Gatwick airport but need car for exploring the area.
