Sunset & Wine Lake House: Lake views from hot tub!

Girl’s Trip to the lake! Guy’s weekend! Couple’s getaway! Go for a hike, a wine tour, cozy up with friends and hang. Welcome to this beautiful, spacious Lake House. Located 20 minutes from the wineries in Niagara-on-the-lake, bring your bikes, roller blades or just go for a lakeside walk along the waterfront trail located minutes away. Located directly on the lake, this property has sea wall access to the lake. Enjoy panoramic views, sunsets are absolutely stunning every evening. This spacious 5 bedroom Lake House is located directly on the lake but close to the City. There are panoramic views of the lake on every level. There is a brand new hot tub overlooking the lake. Hot tub day or night and enjoy the views of a calm glass-like lake or if you are lucky you can watch a show of 1.5m waves crashing on the nearby seawall. Everyday is a new day at the lake! The house is 20 minutes from Niagara-on-the-Lake, 30 minutes to Niagara Falls, less than an hour to Toronto. Book a wine tour, go shopping at the outlets then come home to relax on the water. There is a bbq for searing some steaks as the sun begins to set over the lake. There is sea wall access to the lake. A ladder has been placed in the seawall for safe entry/exit from the lake. Fishing is an option off the sea wall or simply enjoy paddle boarding, kayaking when the lake is calm. If you prefer to wade into the lake this home is close to a small public beach located two properties over. You will want to be outside as much as possible but on rainy days there are multiple TV’s in the house on three levels for your Netflix fix, cable TV, a ping pong table and a dart board for indoor activities. **During the month of May there a little flying gnats along the lake front that can be very annoying. Please be aware of this when booking in May as it can impact your outdoor experience** **The hot tub will be ready for use for each guest unless there has been any neglect/misuse from the previous guests. Every effort will be made by us to have it ready for use unless left in a state out of our control which requires emptying/refilling. The home and back yard is yours to enjoy. There is an outside dining table for 6 people, comfortable outdoor seating for 4, 6 Muskoka chairs, and two lounge chairs for your use. Two Muskoka chairs are creatively perched on a raised rocky platform to give you great views of the nightly sunset. Kick up your feet, relax and enjoy your stay at The Lake House. This location offers the best of everything. Close to shopping and entertainment but also offers on site lakeside fun, swimming, paddling, fishing off the dock with the kids, biking, walking getting some air outdoors on nearby waterfront trails. Day trips and adventures are in store for you then return home to relax by the lake. Bring your bikes to enjoy riding the waterfront trail. A few minutes drive away spend the day at Wild Waterworks at Confederation Park (closed summer 2021). Go for lunch or dinner at Barangas by the Beach. Five minutes drive away is Fifty Point Conservation Area and Marina. Bring your boat to launch it and spend a day on the lake. There is a fire pit in the backyard sheltered from the windy lakeside evenings. Roast some marshmallows and tell stories. Please be safe if you make a fire in the fire pit. Please make sure the fire is out before going to bed for the evening. Bring your bikes and follow the bike trail to the waterfront trail with miles of trails to bike, walk or roller blade. A short 20 minute drive in your car will take you to Niagara on the lake, 10 minutes to Mapleview Mall in Burlington, 30 min to Niagara Falls, 50 minutes to Toronto. Take a nightly walk in the neighbourhood after dinner but be back in time to catch the sun setting over the lake. A lovely lake side restaurant is literally a five minute walk from the house. “Edgewater Manor” - a historic mansion - now a steak and seafood restaurant is literally down the street perched perfectly on the edge of the lake We hope you love your stay in our lake house. No parties, no extra guests allowed unless part of the reservation! No loud music after 10 pm weekdays and 11pm weekends, No going onto neighbours property! There are cleaning products for you to use during your stay to keep the house clean and sanitized. The laundry room and garage will remain locked for private use so there will be no access. The lake can go from calm to rough in a short time. Please practice safe swimming, water sports, and do not leave anything out that can be blown into the lake. Put all chair cushions away in the evening before bed. WHEN you check out: 1. Please leave the house in the condition you found it clean and tidy. Please strip all your sheets and pillow cases off the beds and leave on floor. 2. Dishes need to be cleaned and replaced in cupboards. 3. Garbage should be properly bagged in black garbage bags. Each garbage bag should be filled not all half full bags being wasted. 4. Recycle products must be separated into paper in one bin and glass/plastic in the other bin. 5. Food bags are provided for leftover foods to be placed in the green bin. Please do not put food in garbage. 6. BBQ must be clean and wiped down. 7. All umbrellas must be put down and tied to keep closed. No excessive or loud music!! Please respect our neighbours who live here year round. Please play your music at a reasonable level during the day. No loud music in the backyard after 10 pm weekdays, 11pm weekends. There is a **BRAND NEW** hot tub overlooking the lake. There will be a waiver to sign before your stay. There is also a waiver to sign for use of kayak and paddle boards.
