Cute and romantic scandinavian house

Welcome to our cosy home. Here you will enjoy a charming Scandinavian atmosphere, and a big closed, private garden in a quiet neighborhood. This light and children friendly house is located in a small village, just 30 min. outside Copenhagen and 10 min. outside the famous viking city Roskilde. There are three different beaches within 20 min. and 24 hour access to your host. A direct bus line to Roskilde leaves from just outside the house. Here you will have a real home, being away from home. As guest in this house you have access to a private parking lot, that can fit up to three cars. There are two bedrooms, one livingroom, a kitchen and a dining room, a toilet and a separate bathroom. There is also a laundry room, where you will have access to a washer and dryer. The house is kid-friendly, although there is a quite steep staircase. These stairs are not easy to access with a suitcase and one has to be carefull when descending. At the top of the stairs there is a door that can be closed, and we provide a gate for the end of the staircase. This should prevent your little ones from having access to the stairs on their own. The garden has privacy and a covered terrace with space for eating outside. We provide a barbecue, clean bedlinen and towels, soap and shampoo, hairdryer and toys for kids. You will have the house to yourself, but we are always reachable, via text, telephone, mail or Airbnb. We will come and greet you and hand over the keys upon your arrival, or we can leave the keys in a key box, so that you can arrive at any time. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, easily accessible from the freeway. It lies close to the countryside with lots of beautiful fields, but close to the city at the same time. A new supermarket is located just 700 m from our home (07.00- 21.00) By walking for 3 minutes, you will find a very nice playground in parklike sorroundings. There is a direct bus line to Roskilde and a bus stop right outside the house. You can also take the train to Roskilde from a train station in Gadstrup, which is located approximately 1,5 km from the house. From Roskilde, trains leave for Copenhagen. Close to the train station in Gadstrup there is a super market, gas station, and a post office. Having a car is prefereable for most guests though. How to get to our home by car: *From the airport - E20 south toward Rødby, exit 31, turn right on route 6, drive 7 km, turn right on Snoldelev Bygade, # 25. *From the south - E20 north towards copenhagen, exit 31, turn left on route 6, drive 7 km, turn right on Snoldelev Bygade, # 25. *From Roskilde - route 6 toward Køge, drive 10 km, turn left on Snoldelev Bygade, # 25. Check-out is at 11.00 and we prefer check-in after 15.00, but we are very flexible, so if that doesn't work out for you, we may figure out something else. We live in this house ourselves during the week, but in the weekends we live in our summerhouse. This means that you will be staying in a fully equipped home with a genuine Danish atmosphere.
