There is an open-plan living room with a dining area and fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area separated by a large shelving unit, and a separate bathroom. There is a parking spot in the front yard, and you will have access to the building's private, beautiful and spacious backyard garden. The apartment is located on the lower ground floor of the building. There is Wi-Fi, Netflix, air-conditioning & heating. AMENITIES: - Living/dining room: 32’’ TV , Netflix, USB/Bluetooth radio/speaker, office desk, dining table for 2-4 people. - Kitchen: Small cooker, small fridge/freezer, small dishwasher, Nespresso machine, milk frother, kettle, sandwich griller, food chopper, utensils, coffee, tea, olive oil and basic condiments. - Bedroom: Queen-size bed (1.60m wide), 2 kinds of pillows, bedding, towels, bathrobes and slippers, full-size mirror, iron & board. - Bathroom: Bathtub with shower, washing machine, hair dryer, handsoap, earbuds, handsoap and of course toilet paper. CONVENIENCE BASICS: There is a super market at 1 min. walk, a mini market for fresh bread every morning at 2 min. walk and pharmacies at 4 min. walk. At 2 min walk there are several options for take-out coffee and snacks, and the supermarket down the road also provides ready- cooked meals. DINING/ OUT: Nea Erythrea and Kiffissia offer a high variety of options for a place to eat or chill, from every-day souvlaki places to highly rated gourmet restaurants and high-class bars. There are also some beautiful open-air cinemas in the summertime. SHOPPING: Kifissia center is well known for its many fashion boutiques of famous brands. Nea Erythrea center also offers some nice options for shopping. And then there are the big shopping malls, like Golden Hall or The Mall. SPORTS: The neighborhood has lots of pedestrian roads, bike paths and trees, which makes it ideal for running, walking or biking. If you like hiking, you can also visit Parnitha mountain and the national park nearby. GR Η ΠΕΡΙΟΧΗ: Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη περιοχή κατοικίας της Νέας Ερυθραίας με αρκετό πράσινο, 2 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από το κέντρο της Ν. Ερυθραίας, 5 λεπτά από το κέντρο της Κηφισιάς και 45 λεπτά από το κέντρο της Αθήνας με αυτοκίνητο ή ταξί και μετρό. ΤΑ ΒΑΣΙΚΑ: Στα 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια υπάρχει supermarket, ένα μίνι-μάρκετ για φρέσκο ψωμί /κουλούρι το πρωί, καθώς και φαρμακεία σε απόσταση 4 λεπτών. Στα 2 λεπτά θα βρείτε επίσης καφέ, περίπτερο, μπουγάτσα και σνακ, ενώ στο supermarket θα βρείτε και έτοιμα μαγειρεμένα φαγητά. ΕΣΤΙΑΤΟΡΙΑ: Η Νέα Ερυθραία και η Κηφισιά προσφέρουν πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό έξω και διασκέδαση, από σουβλάκι έως γκουρμέ εστιατόρια και στιλάτα μπαρ. Η Κηφισιά έχει επίσης δύο όμορφα θερινά σινεμά. ΨΩΝΙΑ: Η Κηφισιά φημίζεται για την μεγάλη της αγορά με μπουτίκ διάσημων οίκων μόδας. Η Νέα Ερυθραία διαθέτει επίσης αρκετές επιλογές για ψώνια. EN The best way to get around to the nearby places is by car or taxi. The Kifissia metro station is 5 minutes' drive, and you can go to the center of Athens, the airport, Piraeus port etc., leaving your car in Platanos Parking. There are also buses to Kifissia center & metro station (lines 560 and 522) but their frequency is quite low. GR Ο καλύτερος τρόπος για τις μετακινήσεις σας είναι το αυτοκίνητο ή ταξί. Υπάρχουν και λεωφορεία (γραμμές 560 και 522), αλλά με χαμηλή συχνότητα δρομολογίων. Στα 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο βρίσκεται ο σταθμός μετρό της Κηφισιάς προς το κέντρο της Αθήνας, το αεροδρόμιο, το λιμάνι του Πειραιά κλπ. Μπορείτε να αφήσετε το αυτοκίνητό σας στο πάρκινγκ «Platanos» ή να ψάξετε θέση στη γύρω περιοχή.
