Maddy’s Swedish Villa, own house, Viken by the sea

Maddy's Villa is a cosy house in the middle of Viken, only 250 m. to the beautiful main beach. The supermarket is 200m. around the corner. In Maddy's Villa, you will find a modern, fresch renovated house with all types of modern equipment. Free Wi-fi, TV, Netflix, cinema room, fully equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee brewer, smoothie mixer, micro) BBQ, a big garden with jaccuzzi spa bath for rent, sundeck with furniture to catch the best sunny spot. It is a 2-floor house, "souterrain". "Maddy's Villa & Garden" is close to the beautiful beach, with small bath cottages in different colors, nice swimming bridges, local seafood and family restaurants with a sea view all over Öresund and Denmark. The House is 230 m2. GArden 1200 with space for games and mingle. Bedsheets and towels are included! Breakfast café close. Upstairs: 120 m2. Hall, big 50 m2 Lounge area with TV and open space, connected with the kitchen. 1 bathroom with a luxury bathtub and double sink. 2 x bedrooms for 4-5 people. (One 180 double bed and another room with 140 beds for 1-2 people. ) 1 big 10 person coach in the living room, also ok to sleep on for 1-2 people. * Downstairs ca 110 m2 Corridor * 1 new bathroom with shower and sauna. * 1 large bedroom, ca 25 m2 with a Queen size bed for 2. Plus 1 velvet coach, ok for 1-2 small children to sleep on. * 1 room with double bed. (You can separate the beds, 2x90 beds). * 1 big cinema room that you also can stay in also to sleep on for 2-3 people. * There is a jacuzzi spa bath at the wooden (closed during corona), a sauna indoor and a huge deck with great place for barbecue and grill party. Also 4 sets of table and chairs spread out in the garden and a nice lounge area for breakfast outside. You can play dart in the garden, "kubb" game, football, mini tennis and more games available. You have your own room and 2 bathrooms. * Bathroom, shower with all facilities and a sauna. I will always meet up our dear guests for a warm personal welcome. Sometimes I am there, sometimes not. I am just a phone call away :-) The whole house 230 m2 and garden 1200m2. I check you in and explain and show you around in the house, you the kitchen machines, bbq, sauna etc. :) Everybody loves Viken! You must visit Old Town Viken, just cross the road. Viken is an old fishing villige from ca 1700. Nice old cross work houses and 5 good restaurants in the harbour and by the beach. Tennis, golf, sailing, art, galleries, nature reserve,Vineyard, 2 beer Brewers in Höganäs & Helsingborg. Liquorice factory “Lakritsfabriken”, Magasin 36 with famous market & design etc. Just ask! You can park for free outside in the street. Just check so you don’t block for neighbours... Bus 220 Helsingborg - Viken - Höganäs just 4 minuters walk every 10 minuters intill 2.30 in the night! We have a nice fat old lazy cat, Tippen. He needs dryfood and water mornings and evenings. He goes in and out in a hutch in the basement but want to be key in mornings etc. Cuddle him and give little food ( late in the evening) he eats too much. :-)
