A lovely 17th Century cottage in the centre of the village of Bonsall, Brewery Cottage offers cosy and comfortable accommodation, ideal as a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The accommodation includes a sitting room with a dining area , a small, well-equipped kitchen, and two spacious bedrooms Small original stone framed windows are a lovely feature , as is the spiral staircase, which winds its way up through the middle of this superb holiday home. Our charming cottage dating back to the 1600s is set in the centre of the Peak District village of Bonsall overlooking the village cross. The whole of the house is for use. Ground Floor: Living room/dining room: Beamed room with wood effect burner .Freesat TV And DVD player Kitchen/: With electric oven, microwave, hob, fridge/freezer, and tiled floor.. Bathroom :with electric shower over full sized bath. Spiral staircase to First Floor: Bedroom 1: With twin beds . Spiral staircase to Second floor Bedroom 2: With double bed Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. There is a private off-road parking space for one small/ medium car ,safe bike storage and courtyard garden with garden furniture & feature lighting  Please note: No children under 5 years years old. Not suitable for babies/ toddlers or people with restricted mobility as there are spiral stairs in cottage & uneven steps in courtyard No smoking in the cottage. Access is to the entire cottage and courtyard garden, plus parking space to the front. This is our holiday home - although not on site we are always contactable, living 40 minutes away. Access is via key in a key safe by the front door. A folder will be left in the lounge, this contains all information about the house, alongside local places to eat, drink and visit, plus numerous walks starting from the doorstep. Please contact us during your stay if you need any help whatsoever. Bonsall is a charming and traditional conservation village situated in the heart of the Derbyshire Dales. Walkers and mountain bikers will delight in the magnificent trails that abound in this part of the Peak District :-the Limestone Way passes right through the village , whilst watersport enthusiasts are well-served by Carsington Water, which is just 7 miles away. Brewery Cottage is a great place to enjoy everything that the Peak District has to offer right from your doorstep! With two great pubs,a tea room and a village shop with deli you may never need to leave the village!
