Montemarcello: Typical Ligurian House

The village of Montemarcello is a beautiful promontory on the open sea (since 2006 is added to the list of "The Most Beautiful Villages of Italy - the charm of hidden") from which one side overlooking the gulf of La Spezia (sunset on Portovenere and its islands seen from the main square is unforgettable!) and on the other side the magnificent landscape of the Apuan Alps, the mouth of the river Magra and the coast of Versilia (Massa and Forte dei Marmi 20 min car). The typical Ligurian village is closed to cars (access only for loading and unloading) and the silence and nature reign supreme. The house is located in the main square (protrude from the side windows you glimpse the sunset on the above Portovenere and its islands) and can be reached by car (unloading and loading), after which the car must be parked in one of two parking spaces just outside the village (5 minutes walk from the house). The house is very well kept, well decorated and very comfortable, being used by our owners. From Montemarcello you can choose 3 different types of beaches, beaches typically Ligurian (with rocks) on the side of Tellaro, Lerici, La Spezia and Portovenere, sandy beaches on the Tuscan Versilia and the last natural beach (beautiful sea!) Punta Corvo reachable only by boat or on foot along the 1000 and stepped down passes along the tip of the promontory to the sea. The house Montemarcello (La Spezia) is as follows: Ground floor with two entrances (one on the road for access to the square and under the stone arch). There is a bathroom (toilet, sink, bidet and large shower cubicle) and the first room with a sofa that becomes a bed, washing machine in the sub closed cup.
