Casina Sara - locus amoenus in the countryside

Our traditional property is located in the middle of Santa Caterina countryside, a small typical town of the ionian coast, not far from the bigger town of Soverato. The house is placed on a typical hill full of olive trees. It is only 150 meters from the sea. The closest beach can be reach by foot; it is quiet and relaxing. Nearest, in the town, there are available shops, restaurants and other touristic services. With reference to the internal spaces, the house is simple, tastefully furnished and kept with great care. It is equipped with every comfort, even if not essential, but that will certainly make your stay much more pleasant. As said, the house is immersed in a vast and well-kept countryside. Enchanting, for who appreciate it, walking around the nature breathing pure air and unique scents (from plants and flowers). It also includes the hill overlooking the sea in photos, "scalable" comfortably through a special avenue. Full autonomy will be granted to guests without restrictions or foreclosures. Guests are given full freedom and autonomy, considering the priority to preserve their privacy. At the same time, I personally or my mother, who lives a few minutes from 'Casina Sara', personally manage the check-ins and any relationship that the guest needs. With reference to the exterior, I would underline the beauty of a bucolic landscape, on a slight hill, therefore very windy on summer(this is a point of strength when there are more than 30/35 degrees), near a splendid beach and crystal clear sea. Exclusive and secluded, it allows guests not to have any problems that may instead concern stays in the city center (noise, traffic, neighborhood). It is essential especially for those wishing to take advantage of the "strategic" position of the structure, offering the possibility of visiting various seaside and non-neighboring realities but also to reach, in maximum 1 / 1.5 h, destinations of interest such as Gerace or other wonderful localities in the province of Reggio Calabria and also Tropea, Paradiso del Sub (Zambrone) in the province of Vibo Valentia etc. located on the Tyrrhenian side of Calabria. Furthermore, its position allows you to easily reach the many splendid seaside resorts (up to the most famous Soverato, Caminia or Copanello, about 15/20 minutes by car) as well as the characteristic historic centre of the individual villages. It also offers the possibility of agreeing an additional transfer service from Lamezia Terme (airport and railway station) or other destinations of reference.
