The simple and welcoming charm of a stone village farmhouse composed of three buildings around a flower and wooded courtyard shared by the occupants of all three accommodations on the site. Calm and comfortable: private entrance at the back of the courtyard. The Duplex consists of kitchen and bathroom downstairs and a large bedroom with sitting area upstairs. Outside, on-site parking and a sunny patio area. The building is yours. Living on the spot, we can easely advise or assist if needed. In the village, the market gardener grows superb organic vegetables. The café-restaurant -the Topinière- offers family cuisine made from fresh and seasonal products. The bread is baked in a wood kiln. Covid-19 In addition to the cleaning protocol, -Autres Caps- adapted reservations per building with private entrance. (5 people and 3 people) A health delay of 24 hours is held between each client (SAFE-24h). Hydroalcoholic gel is available. Curtains, cushions, mattresses are treated with UV rays. As always, the mattresses have 3 protections, the duvets and pillows 2 protections. As always, the bathroom linen is boiled.
