Little cozy house

Located in a quiet village, only 10 km away from Sibiu, this nice and cosy little house offers you a relaxing stay. The house has a kitchen, one bathroom with shower and another one without, a hallway, one living room and a tiny but cozy large double bed bedroom. This place is best suitable for a couple but can accommodate up to 4 people. The house is on a regular basis my home where I live but for the open periods I will be away and we'll meet just to give you the keys and show you around. In case you are interested i could also offer you a guided tour in the area. I am a specialised tour guide and can offer you nature, active and cultural tours. The house is located on a hill and offers you a view over the village and the surrounding area. The village is surrounded by wooded hills with really nice hiking trails If you don't have a car you can reach the location by taxi. A fare from Sibiu airport or from Sibiu city center is less than 10 euro. There is also a public bus operating almost once/hour. If you are planning on coming in the cold season you'll need to know some important details. The heating is made by 2 firewood-stoves, one located in each building, which need to heat the rest of the rooms. But because the rooms are pretty small with a low ceiling it becomes cozy quite quick. Auxiliary, there's an electrical heater in the main bathroom. Regarding the parking place, you could either park your vehicle inside the yard of the property, in front of the gate or leave it about 300m away from the house. If there's snow, depending on the type of car you have you might have difficulties bringing it up the road with a slope where the house is located.
