Hill Road House - * Newly Refurbished * Our superb and spacious detached Family home, is newly decorated, with large open plan living area, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower room with separate toilet, and a downstairs utility room which also has w.c and wash hand basin. Most importantly take advantage of our newly refurbished Spa Area! With our indoor heated Pool, jacuzzi and sauna, you will not need to leave the house. What makes our home stand apart from any other in our opinion, is our tailor made Spa / private pool, and sauna area. Our private indoor heated pool, approx 14m with a deep end depth of 2.5m is perfect for both adults and children to spend the day playing. We have a 6 seater hot tub for anyone to relax and unwind after a long day. Use our sauna to rejuvenate your body, leaving you feeling fresh, and alive! This room is the heart of our home, and is completely exclusive to anyone who books a break with us. This room includes: • Indoor Heated Pool – 13m x 4m long • 6 seater Hot Tub • 4 person Sauna • Bluetooth enabled duke box style sound system The first downstairs bedroom is located off the living area and has a double bottom and singe top bunk bed. With storage for guests clothes and belongings. 2nd down stair bedroom is located at the rear of the house. This large double bedroom is set just off the Spa area. This room is inclusive of a King size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It also has a 50" tv, with virgin media box, with all apps. The 1st floor of our home you will find the Master Bedroom, with Ensuit bathroom and walk in shower enclose. Our room has large Queen-size bed with memory foam mattress. 2 x double Chester drawers for guests use. The master bedroom also has a 50" flat screen with Virgin media and same selection of viewing channels and apps as the living room. Walk through the patio doors in the master bedroom and it will lead to a private balcony overlooking, not only our beautiful garden but panoramic views of Portchester Castle. More importantly the beautiful sight of Portsmouth Harbour and the famous Spinnaker Tower. On a clear day the eye can see as far as the Isle of White. The 2 bedroom is also a double room. This room has double bed, with storage for all guests. Although this room is equipped with large 50" tv, this tv is not connected with the tv satellite provider but ideal for older kids / adults who want to bring their own gaming consoles or equipment to set up to. Our 3rd bedroom room has a set of single bunk beds, and separate day bed with pull out bed below. This room also has flat screen tv, with smart tv stick and remote, perfect for children, to have their independence in a safe environment. Our beautiful newly refurb master bathroom is both practical but also luxurious. Set the mood with our Bluetooth lit mirror, and set your favourite relaxing songs to play as you sink beneath the bubbles in our free standing slipper bath. The bathroom also has a large walk in waterfall style thermostatic shower which can relax and wash away all your daily stress. We have a private drive way which holds 5 cars easily. We also have a beautiful back garden with a large outdoor space with patio furniture. The garden has a gas BBQ and tailor made log burning fire to cosy up to after a long day. The whole house is enabled with WIFI. Our home is less than 2miles from the popular port Solent harbour where you have your choice of many bars and restaurants that over look the harbour. Guest access You can choose to have our housekeeper let you in and show you around our home, or if you prefer let yourself in at your own leisure with our secure key box. We have a private drive way which holds 5 cars easily. We also have a beautiful back garden with a large outdoor space with patio furniture. The garden has a gas BBQ and tailor made log burning fire to cosy up to after a long day. The home is owned and lived in, however the owners move out and stay nearby when guests book. For this reason there is a minimum of 2 night stay. The local area has many attractions from Portchester Castle, and the many options in Portsmouth from Southsea beach to the historic dockyard. Hill Road House is 2 miles from the beautiful Port Solent Marina, with loads of Bars and beautiful restaurants that look over the harbour. Portchester station is only a 2 minute walk from the home with trains running to Portsmouth or Fareham every half hour. Excellent cheap local taxi services (including UBER). Our home is less than 2miles from the popular port Solent harbour where you have your choice of many bars and restaurants that over look the harbour. * We would like to express, that this is our lived in family home, and whilst we contract in cleaners and professional maintenance teams to provide the highest levels of service, this is still a family home, and we are not marketing this as a high end luxury hotel environment. However, we can promise you will not be disappointed with the level of service we deliver. The whole house is enabled with WIFI.
