A traditional turn of century semi detached home based in the small town of Heath Hayes. Surrounded by the fantastic Cannock Chase and Hednesford Hills, several nature reserves are close by. The new discount shopping centre by McArthur Glen which is now open. 2 double bedrooms on the first floor (1 bedroom can be changed into 2 singles). The 3rd bedroom is on ground floor and can be a double or 2 singles Each of the beds have Sealy bed toppers (both in double and single) bed linen is 300 thread count (hotel quality). The pillows are Medium support, both pillows and duvets are hypoallergenic. Towels are provided for each person staying. The kitchen is fully fitted with integral appliances (washing machine, hob, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher). Parking is available on the driveway and can fit 3 cars in front of the house, and also a further car on the extended pavement area outside of the property. There are regular bus services that run from outside on the main road, and also there is a train station about 15 minutes walk away. There is someone on hand to assist you during normal office hours, and an out of hours numbers is also available for emergencies. The house is in a residential area, 10 to 15 minute walk from the new West Midlands Discount Shopping Village (due to open early 2021), Tesco Superstore also nearby and about a 10 minute walk. Vehicle access is easy plenty of parking on the driveway. You are a short distance from Cannock Chase, an area of outstanding natural beauty and also Hednesford Hills home of Hednesford Raceway. There are trekking centres also nearby and plenty of walks. Lichfield the Cathedral City is approximately 20 minutes away by car and offers beautiful coffee shops, restaurants, cocktail bar and of course Lichfield Cathedral is breathtaking. There is a local train station a short driveway which gives direct access into Birmingham CIty Centre for a night out or some retail therapy. Journey is approximately 40 minutes by train. The house has been an amazing home for 3 generations of the same family and now we share this with you. This is an old house and is over 100 years old, but it has all the modern appliances you would expect. The house offers a great base for visiting the surrounding area. Please enjoy our home.
