You’ll benefit from free on-street parking for one vehicle and your own private entrance from the street. The ground floor open-plan living area offers high ceilings and large windows which flood the space with natural light. The kitchen area offers a ceramic hob, full sized oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and washer/dryer. There is a stow-away dining table which can be used as a desk too. The bedroom offers space to store clothes and a comfortable double bed with an extra thick mattress to ensure you have the best night’s sleep! The apartment also has a large shower room with a high-pressure hand held and rainfall shower and a laundry room for extra storage. In the living area there is a large comfortable corner sofa, large t.v., air cooler unit and wifi too. Newark-on-Trent is a market town that boasts one of the finest Georgian market squares in the UK. With its dramatic castle, the beautiful River Trent, theatre, cinema, National Civil War Museum, antiques centre and an abundance of cafes, restaurants, pubs, and boutique shops there is lots to enjoy during your stay. Guests have full access to the apartment. The property incudes an open plan kitchen and living area with a double bedroom and en-suite shower room. We live close by so can be available if needed The apartment is ideally situated to explore beautiful Newark with plenty to see and do with many independent retailers, cafes, pubs and restaurants based around the traditional market square. Historic attractions include Newark Castle, National Civil War Museum, Governor's House, Church of St Mary Magdalene in addition riverside walks and boat trips. If culture is your thing it is perfect for The Palace Theatre or cinema visits. Newark Showground is nearby which regularly hosts international antiques fairs and other events. Newark is well served by the two train lines one the East Coast Mainline (London to Edinburgh) and the East Midlands service (Lincoln to Nottingham). The apartment is a short walk from either train station and the bus station.
