The ground floor open-plan living area offers high ceilings and large windows which flood the space with natural light. The kitchen area offers a ceramic hob, full sized oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and washer/dryer. There is a stow-away dining table which can be used as a desk too. The bedroom offers space to store clothes and a comfortable double bed with an extra thick mattress to ensure you have the best night’s sleep! We live close by so can be available if needed The apartment is ideally situated to explore beautiful Newark with plenty to see and do with many independent retailers, cafes, pubs and restaurants based around the traditional market square. Historic attractions include Newark Castle, National Civil War Museum, Governor's House, Church of St Mary Magdalene in addition riverside walks and boat trips. If culture is your thing it is perfect for The Palace Theatre or cinema visits. Newark Showground is nearby which regularly hosts international antiques fairs and other events. Newark is well served by the two train lines one the East Coast Mainline (London to Edinburgh) and the East Midlands service (Lincoln to Nottingham). The apartment is a short walk from either train station and the bus station.
