A welcoming guest house in Transylvania

Our guest house, situated only 1500 m from the Făgăraș fortress, has a bedroom with a queen size bed, a cozy living room with a small kitchenette and a bathroom. A private laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available on the first floor. You will have the whole guest house to yourself. Experience a true city/village life in Transylvania . Only 45-60 mins from Dracula's castle and Făgăraș mountains - the highest in Romania. The bedroom has a matrimonial queen size bed. The living room has a pull-out sofa which can also sleep one or even two younger people. The kitchenette has a stove, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and other things needed in a kitchen. There is also a fridge available. The apartment is equipped with a washer and a dryer which are located in the laundry room on the first floor of the house. We love chatting and finding out more about our guests while having a tea or a coffee. It is always fun to hear different life stories from around the world :) It is a very village like life around our neighborhood. We have cows and sheep coming home at night. Chickens and roosters can be heard in the evening and morning. Almost every house has a dog so there are many barking dogs around. Also many of the neighbors have beautiful vegetable gardens and on request we can purchase different fresh produce from them. We do not have a very convenient public transportation system in town. However taxis are not very expensive. Also we can help with transportation if our schedule allows it. The center of town, where there is a 14th century fortress, is only an 18 minutes walk. We also have bicycles available to rent per request. Please contact us for details.
