Really comfortable, large, modern suite with double bedroom with a king-size bed. Contactless access and exit as part of COVID-19 safeguarding. Wardrobe in hall. Exclusive use of modern, tiled shower room next to the bedroom, all set in an annex of the main house so totally private. Parking on the front drive behind electric gates. Would suit a couple, children welcome if you have your own bedding for them. Complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and filtered water provided. You access via your own door so come and go as you please. Walking distance to Chelmsford town centre (20 minute walk or bus stop directly outside house). There are regular trains in to London. There are two parks within a short walk, Hylands and Oaklands. Check-in is flexible, by appointment. Usually from 5.30pm on weekdays or any time Saturday or Sunday. Checkout by 11am unless agreed with hosts. Please advise in advance when you will check in so we can be in to meet you. Let us know if timings change. Breakfast is not available but a Costa Coffee shop is opposite the property (in Tescos). There are several Cafes in Moulsham Street nearby. We'll leave you alone unless you would like company. Nice, quiet, safe cul-de-sac location Private parking on the front drive, accessed by electric gates. Bus stop immediately outside the house with an electronic board showing bus times. Chelmsford Railway and bus stations a 30 minute walk or 14 minute bus ride. Chelmsford town centre a 25 minute walk via Moulsham Street shops, pubs and bars (15 minute walk to Moulsham Street) Access to the double bedroom via your own door. Steepish staircase up to the bedroom.
