My home is close to the high street, The Historic Hythe, the beautiful Maldon Promenade Park, local country side with scenic local walks. The location is accessible to Chelmsford and Colchester. There are also good road links into London. You’ll love my home because of the charm of this property and its host, its ambiance, location, neighbourhood, and outdoors space. My home is good for business travellers, solo adventurers and for couples. Large sunny light and airy double room with a double bed. The room is also furnished with an armchair, hanging space and TV. Please feel free to make yourself at home. Guests have full use of the lovely lounge room and dining room, in addition to access to the microwave, kettle, refrigerator and dishes and cutlery in the kitchen. There is also a beautiful outdoor space with seating facilities that you are welcome to use. So that we can make sure that your stay in my home is enjoyable as possible please let me know if I can be of any assistance during your stay. I will be here to greet you on your arrival and I am able to make suggestions on places to go, things to see and restaurants to visit. I can also provide you with a map to help you with getting around. Maldon is a lovely quaint small market town with many independent shops. Maldon is close to the rivers Blackwater and Crouch. You will find old london barges on the historic Hythe where day trips are offered. The promenade park is a lovely area to walk and enjoy local seafood, an ice cream or hot chips. There is a pleasure centre complete with indoor swimming pool. There are many lovely resturants to choose from. There is lots of lovely countryside with easy reach. It is only a few minute walk from my front door to the high street or the local country side. There are local buses that be reached from only a short distance to my home which run to Chelmsford and Colchester. There are transport links into London available via trains from Chelmsford. I have parking facilities for anyone coming with a car. I have a small well-behaved dog who will do anything for a doggy treat. I have parking availability and it is off street parking. Breakfast includes a choice of three varieties of cereals with milk, toast and marmalade and jam in addition to tea, coffee and a fruit juice. We unfortunately will be unable to accommodate any dietary restrictions. I can also be more flexible on check in times on Friday, Saturday and Sundays (only where this is arranged when booking).
