There is one ground floor twin bedroom with an en suite shower room and WC, and one first floor king-size bedroom with an en suite bathroom and WC. To the rear of the property, there is an enclosed garden with a table, chairs and BBQ. As the property is on a small-holding, there are some horses, chickens plus other animals on site. Ample off road parking is available. The Old Groom’s Cottage is the place to visit for its grand walks and sightseeing opportunities. Amenities: Gas central heating with flame effect fire in lounge. Region: Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area. Town: Minster Lovell is a village and civil parish in West Oxfordshire on the River Windrush. It is popular for its ruin Minster Lovell Hall, famed for allegedly being the place the ninth Lord Lovell’s remains were found in an underground room. It is often visited now for picnics by the river or long walks through the surrounding meadows, as well as the dovecote nearby. There are public footpaths that cross the field to the parish church or across the river to a small weir where local children often go to swim.
