Cohen's Sounio Seafront home - direct sea access

Cohen's Seafront home is located in the historical town of Sounio, minutes away from the Temple of Poseidon. Around us, there are plenty of Tavernas to choose from and the port town, Lavrio (10 Minutes drive). You will find our lovely home in an apartment complex directly on the seafront. The complex provides free parking, 2 separate private beaches that are less than 80 meters from the doorstep. The complex is filled with trees, plants, benches, a playground for kids, and a relaxing sea view. Our home is fully equipped with a brand new TV, all kitchenware, plates, cookware, washer, linen, towels, and a coffee machine as well as a french press. for the coffee lovers. It also comes with 2 aluminum folding chairs and 2 aluminum folding sun loungers that can be used either on the terrace or carried with you to the beach. Moreover, you can also use our snorkeling equipment. Outside, on the veranda, there is a big marble table with 6 canvas chairs. Guests can use the beach, parking spots as well as common areas such as a playground (not only) for children.
