Brook House is situated in pretty countryside in a rural village, just 10 minutes from the historic city of Lincoln with its magnificent Cathedral and medieval castle. Our delightful gardens have a wildlife pond with the village beck running through. We also have a sauna. In the games room is a full-size snooker table and dartboard. There is also a fridge for you to use. Our house has bedrooms only on the upper floors. We have a flight of stairs to the first floor and another to the second floor. We do not have a lift. We have a ramp for access from the drive to the front door Living on-site, we are available during your stay for any queries and to ensure your comfort. It’s just a short stroll alongside the pretty beck to the village shop, and with a local pub, tea room and other shops within walking distance in the neighbouring village. Buses are available into the historic city of Lincoln just 5 miles away, also park-and- ride is in operation. Explore the city on an open top bus, and enjoy the vibrant Brayford quarter with its marina and many eateries, and also a restored barge serving cocktails! Ample secure private car parking
