Guest Suite on the edge of the New Forest

Private use of 2 newly renovated double bedrooms in a bungalow on the edge of the New Forest National park. You will have exclusive use of the bedrooms and have direct access to the garden via the master bedroom. The front door is your exclusive entrance and the guest suite is on the left hand side of my home. Your private bathroom has recently been fitted and comes with shower over the bath. The suite has its own kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge with continental breakfast supplied. With your direct access to the garden, you are welcome to use the BBQ and garden table with 4 chairs. I do have a dog however she isn't allowed in your area of the house. Check in and check out can be flexible depending on previous bookings allowing for adequate cleaning time, please contact me directly if you require early check in or late check out. COVID INFO - you can use the front door exclusively. I can offer contactless check in by leaving key out. If you would like a continental breakfast, I can leave individual boxes of cereal and bread along with sanitised crockery and cutlery in the guest suite to minimise contact. Tea , coffee and milk are also provided. I will be at home the majority of the time but able to facilitate contactless access if you prefer. I can be available for help and advice if needed, but also happy to give you space to enjoy your break. The bungalow is set in a quiet estate 5 minutes drive from the New Forest National Park. There is a pub, shops and takeaways a 10 minute walk from the house. Totton town centre is a 25 minute walk or short car ride away, amenities include an Asda and your usual high street shops alongside a few pubs. A short drive will get you to a big Morrissons. The house is a 10 minute drive in to the centre of Southampton or a similar distance from Lyndhurst in the New Forest. Local Attractions within a 20 min journey include; Beaulieu Car Museum New Forest Wildlife Park Longdown Farm Paultons Park with Peppa Pig World West Quay Shopping So many cafes, pubs and walks Totton train staion - on main London line - 20 min walk. Sometimes quicker to get to Southampton Central and get an uber. Buses to Southampton and Forest - 1 min walk Uber to Southampton or Lyndhurst circa £10 pounds All rooms will be sanitised before new guests come to stay and all linen washed on the highest temperature. If you do use shared space my ask of you is to use with safety and sanitise and clean as we go.
