The villa is located in the middle of the wooded hills of Tuscany and promises guests a panoramic view from the large terrace. From the upper floor you have a wonderful view to the sea. Equipment: The living space of the semi-detached house is distributed over 3 levels. On the ground floor there is a large and very tastefully furnished kitchen (dishwasher), a living room with fireplace, TV bedroom with 2 possible additional sleeping places with an additional cost of € 50 per place. A guest toilet with washing machine and a storage room. On the 1st floor you will find 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Two further bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with tub are on the 2nd Upstairs. The house has a very large terrace (approx. 60 m²) with oven and barbecue and a garden with garden furniture. 2 parking spaces in front of the villa are also available to our guests. Central heating.
