Our big timbered cottage with pool and garden seating is ideal place to spend your summer or winter vacation. House is located in the foothils of Giant Mountains in quiet village. It has great location to start trips to both the Giant Mountains and the Bohemian Paradise. House is perfect for organizing family celebrations or parties. Our cottage was built around 1743 as a mill. Then it was rebuilt into a smithy. In 1997 our house was proclaimed as the National Cultural Heritage. - Covered outdoor seating with barbecue - Swimming pool with crystal clear water - The whole garden is fenced and provides privacy - Free WiFi internet connection - Parking lot for at least 6 cars is next to the house just for you The house consists of three floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with a bar, a fireplace and a large leather sofa. There is also draft beer system. We can provide for you to buy beer so you can taste it immediately upon arrival if you will want. In the room across the hall is a spacious dining room with TV and another fireplace. Next door is a well-equipped kitchen with a large stove and oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and coffee maker. A large number of dishes are available to you. On the first floor there is an double bed apartment with bathroom equiped with shower. This space is perfect for a couple. Another apartment with two bedrooms, both with three beds, and bathroom equiped with shower is right next door and is suitable for a family, for example.From the hallway it is possible to enter the balcony facing the garden behind the house. On the second floor there is apartment for three guests with bathroom equiped also with shower. Right next is apartment for up to six guests with two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet. In front of the house you can find a small garden with lots of flowers. Our guests especially love spending evenings there under the covered garden seating with just grilled food, wine or beer there. Behind the house there is a huge garden with another large garden seating, a kids playground, a trampoline, a swimming pool and a small pond. And again a lot of flowers :) <3 In first floor is also our flat in which me and my lovely wife live. However, we do not share anything with the guests except the entrance. Our priority is ti give our guests the maximum possible amount of privacy. Nevertheless, at any time during your stay we will be there to give you answer for any question or request for advice (about interesting places nearby to visit, for example) or help you with anything that happens. In night we also take care about garden and swimming pool to keep water cleen during all of your stay. We definitely don't mind if you will have a peaceful celebration in our house :). Right in front of the house on the street there is a parking lot at least for six cars just for you. In first floor is also our flat in which me and my wife live. A parking lot for 6 cars is next to our house and one car you can park in front of our house behind the gate. Smoking is strictly forbidden in all house. In most cases we do not allow staying with pets. We ask for security deposit 1000,-Kč (40€) in cash. In case of stay with more than 16 guest host will ask you for additional pay 350 CZK (14 €) per person/night for seventeenth and eigthteenth guest.
