The accommodation is set in the immediate vicinity of the sea and offers a swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. The accommodation is characterized by an open space on various levels, large reading area, lounge, four double bedrooms and three bathrooms. Large windows make the rooms bright and offer a splendid view of the sea. The house also features some iron sculptures such as the large sculpture by the pool. On the first floor there is a bright living room with large windows, a kitchen leading to an equipped terrace where you can dine or have lunch while admiring the sea. This terrace is also suitable as a solarium area. Nearby is the famous "Arco Azzurro" (Blue Arch). The fishing village of San Nicola L'Arena with its castle guarding the coast is at 1 km distance.
