In this 70qm apartement you find anything you need for a comfortable life. Complete built-in kitchen with 4 windows ,fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, all dishes, potts and cutlery....A Pantry .....A dining room, 2 large bedrooms with carpet, completely furnitured, rolling shutters and curtains.A bathroom with a window, bath and a shower, separate toilet with window. Wardrobe. And above all a 12 qm roof terrace. Clothes can be washed, bikes can be hired by us, the landlords. You have the whole apartement on your own, preferable for 2 people.Possible for 1-3-people. The house you share with nobody but us. You can live independent or share time with us. We love hiking and cycling . We love to show you the less popular jewels of our area. I am a pianist and a cellist . We can play together or if you prefer to listen.... There are no other guests apart from you. You have a separate entrance. We, the landlords live in the other part of the house. You'll probably see us veeding our vegetables . We love being outside and you are always welcome to join us . Prepare a veggie meal together with very local products of our garden There are no other guests. We are surrounded by little houses and big gardens. A park and the Middle Age town with nice little shops, open air theatre, music, a famous gothic church are just 5 min. walk away. Did you know that Besigheim is certified as the most beautiful vineyard resort in Germany? there are lovely walkways, briddle paths and bike tours . You walk 10 min. to the station. Trains leave every half hour to Ludwigsburg (Castle!) and Stuttgart (25 min.) or to Heilbronn and nice rural areas. The A 66 motorway is not far, you can hire bikes... In our town you can do all sorts of sports. We've got an open-air swimming pool Preferable for 2 guests who want to stay for longer. Please for our health' reason: ONLY NON SMOKERS!
