A charming stand alone cottage, set in 1.5 acres of mature gardens. Beautiful views over the North Shore with picturesque sunsets. Access to a swimming pool with lounge area. There are 2 bus routes close by. There is direct access to Bermuda's unique Railway Trail which allows you to walk to a beautiful secluded beach. It is a 15 minute walk to Flatts village on the Trail, where there are two excellent restaurants and the Aquarium. 15 mins. by transport to the centre of Hamilton. The Cottage dates from 1936 and has had a number of upgrades. The bathroom has a buttery roof, a unique Bermudian feature. The bedroom ceiling has exposed beams. The kitchen has beautiful views over the North Shore and is well equipped. Guests have access to the whole space. The entrance is solely for their use. If the arrival time is outside the usual hours a key can be left to allow access. We are happy to provide any information about the island which may be useful. We appreciate that our guests are on holiday and their own space is important. It is a quiet neighbourhood in a rural setting. The Railway Trail is on our boundary so there is easy access to walking. Hamilton is about 15 mins. by bus. Flatts village, with the aquarium, is picturesque and has 2 excellent restaurants. We like to think that the property provides a relaxing atmosphere but is close enough to all the amenities. We are close, 3 mins. walk, to 2 bus routes. There is plenty of parking for scooters/bikes.
