The pontoon of this cottage overlooks the pond, it is even equipped for people with reduced mobility and completely covered. What a pleasure to put down your cane and watch it from the comfort of your home! To complete your fishing, you also have access to the river, the Futaie, category 1 with Trout (bring a fishing license). The depth of the pond is about 80 cm. Fish: carp, tench, roach, and some pike. As for the gite, you will appreciate its 3 large bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 2 90 cm beds, 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed, with 3 shower rooms. The ground floor bedroom and bathroom are equipped to be accessible to people with reduced mobility. The large living room and kitchen of 38 m² offer a large space to meet and enjoy good times together. The winter garden is a plus for coming in all seasons! The cottage also offers a fishing room to store your equipment. The mobile phone network is accessible. Cleaning charge at 100€ obligatory. Sheets are €12 (compulsory for professionals). Towels are €8. The private pond and the course on the edge of La Futaie will delight anglers who also have access to the 15,000m² pond. For non-fishermen, you have beautiful walks to do on foot. Do not miss to visit Pontmain, town of pilgrimage, linked to the apparition of the Virgin Mary, its magnificent cathedral, 5km away. The Château de Fougères and the medieval town 14 km away. And why not, a getaway to Mont Saint Michel 1 hour away (55 km)? Television available.
