We have considered your comfort with the heated pool, modern appliances and air conditioned bedrooms whilst taking the opportunity during the unavailable months in 2020 to instal solar energy to balance the impact on the environment at the property. There are 2 double bedrooms with king size beds one en suite and the 3rd that can be made up In different configurations, 3 single beds or one super king and a single or two single beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning for your sleeping comfort. The property has two bathrooms a family bathroom with walk in shower and the en suite with a walk in shower and large freestanding bath. Both are newly fitted and have underfloor heating for the cooler months. The kitchen and dining area is open plan for large family gatherings with a large central marble island with breakfast bar and a separate dining table for 6. There is also a comfy sofa making this a relaxing sociable space. This can convert to a double sofa bed. Maximum occupancy is seven. There is a further separate lounge area, great for chilling out on the comfy sofas in front of the wood burner fireplace. A 40’ TV , with English Channels, means catching up on the news from home or entertaining the children is easy. There is a selection of DVDs, CDs, books and games available for you to enjoy, curl up on the floor cushions in the den. The house is fully centrally heated with a pellet stove making this house beautifully warm for the cooler spring or autumn evenings.
