Domaine de la Renardière

Located near the hiking trail No. 22, this rustic farmhouse located on a field of thirteen hectares of pasture and woodland, is backed by the forest of Reno Valdieu, on one of the most beautiful sites of the Perche. This exceptional location is ideal for hikers, mountain bikers and riders! We do everything to make our guests keep their stay a great memory because we want to share with you this unique setting, putting to you this beautiful rustic property that will be yours all the time of your stay! So everything will be done to maintain your peace in this totally isolated place where your only neighbors are deer. This authentic farmhouse has, in all simplicity, all comfort elements that make for a good stay. The kitchen includes ceramic hob, a fan oven, a fridge freezer, washing machine dishwasher, microwave and everything needed to prepare better meals. The large living room "cathedral" with its fireplace, is overlooked by a mezzanine serving as a library and TV room and office for the computer. This house also has two bedrooms, one bedroom with an en suite and one exclusive attic with a large bathroom on the ground floor. In addition, a sofa bed located in the mezzanine can accommodate two people. For parents with a young child, a cot with an additional mattress, will also be at their disposal. Also, for long stays, a space dedicated to washing and ironing of your belongings will be at your disposal, with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Finally, you will find a large room adjacent to the house a gym equipped with cardiovascular equipment with an indoor pool at room temperature. Set in a natural setting, on the edge of the great forest of Reno Valdieu, the property enjoys one of the most beautiful sites of the Natural Park of Perche. With the hiking trail (GR 22) passes the property, riders will be able to halt their horses and nature lovers, hikers and pilgrims can stroll on foot or by bike through the woods in the natural park of Perche or reach the sanctuary of the Chapelle Montligeon. At 1:45, west of Paris, the national road 12, the property is located in the municipality of Saint Mard de Reno (Orne), on the edge of the Chapelle Montligeon. You can put your bicycles for your walks in this beautiful area.
