Also on the ground floor is TV room with sofa bed which can provide an extra double bed (available with a £50 rental cost) to bring the number of beds to 5. There is a backdoor leading to split level back garden. To the first floor is the kitchen, with fridge/freezer plus an extra freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, dining room, toilet and lounge. To the second floor is the master bedroom with walk in dressing area and ensuite shower room. There is also the double bedroom and third bedroom with 2 single beds and door way leading through to the family bathroom. The bathroom can also be accessed via the hallway. Please note, the garage is not available to guests. To the front of the property is driveway and parking on street is free. We welcome guests in person, and are based only 15 minutes away so can be of assistance if needed. There is secure onsite parking. The property is also only around 10 minute walk from Durham Bus Station and Durham Train Station, with lots of taxi ranks surrounding also. For stays longer than one week we offer a weekly cleaning service free of charge.
