The property has it's own private entrance & parking with 2 bedooms, both with en-suite, 1 with a king sized bed & the other with 2 singles. There is a kitchen/ diner with french doors leading on to a beautiful private decked area with covered hot tub, outdoor dining table, BBQ, lazy chairs & herb garden. Recently modernised with full facilities, each bedroom has it's own en-suite, smart TV, drawers and wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped with washer/ drier, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and cooker with electric hob. The living room has a smart TV, selection of books and games for entertainment on a rainy day. Outside has composite wood decking, a covered hot tub, BBQ, dining table, lazy chairs and a herb garden. Guests have their own private entrance with two car parking spaces and we are a ten minute walk to pub, shops, butcher and farm shop full of delights. We recommend you drive here, there is a local bus and train route but to fully enjoy Yorkshire and all it's wonderful offerings it's best to have a car. Set in the idyllic village of Hutton Cranswick, we are a 5 minute drive to the market town of Driffield and 15 minutes to the historic town of Beverley. Hutton Cranswick has everything you require, including shops, pub, nice walks and beautiful views. The annexe is connected to the main house, generally they are separate buildings but we request our privacy is respected and guests keep noise to a respectable level. We also have dogs who you may hear playing and barking from time to time but they are very friendly.
