This beautiful 17th century barn conversion is set in the 20 acre grounds of a breathtaking Grade II listed Suffolk farmhouse making this your perfect country retreat. Whilst feeling like you are sheltered from the rest of the world, you are only a short distance from many pretty market towns, the traditional seaside experience of Southwold and a host of excellent pubs & restaurants. The barn has a stunning central living area, two spacious bedrooms, as well as two shower rooms and a kitchen. There are two double bedrooms, one with an additional double sofa bed - making it the perfect space for a young family. The other double room is at the opposite end of the barn with its own en suite bathroom. Guests have full access to the barn which has ample car parking for several vehicles. As much or as little as you need! We live on site but the house is far enough away from the barn to give you your privacy, however we are available for any questions or assistance you may need. The barn is located outside Chediston village near Halesworth. We are a short 5 minute drive to the local pub - The Rumburgh Buck, and a 10 minute drive to the closest market town; Halesworth. We can recommend many day trips and restaurants around the local area. The easiest mode of transport for you would be a car due to the remote location, however Halesworth is the closest train station. It is also a lovely area for bike rides and walks.
