We have just completed building a stunning new kitchen and dining area with bi-fold doors that open straight onto the garden that you are welcome to use. We assure you of a warm welcome and very comfortable room. We're out at school and work for most of the day. When at home we're often busy, but sociable and the children love to have visitors. At the same time you can retreat to your quiet loft room whenever you wish to relax, watch a DVD, work, study, listen to music. We really love living in Kings Heath and find it hard to imagine a better urban environment. I can cycle into town in half an hour through beautiful parks for work and entertainment. There are more things to do than we can fit in. We have a great neighbourhood and neighbours, cafes, restaurants, shops. And there are 3 beautiful parks within easy walking distance. The children can be independent and we can cycle into the countryside within 4 miles. We are on the bus routes for the 50 and 35 which take less than 1/2 hour into the city centre. Also, there is the 11 bus which goes East to West. The 76 bus goes to the University. On street parking and great for cycling. We have 2 gorgeous cats who are happy to chat and have cuddles but are not intrusive. If you choose to leave your bedroom door open, one of the cats might well make themselves at home! Gay friendly household. We have recently inherited 2 lovely cockapoodle dogs; Dora and Driscoll. The dogs are not allowed upstairs and have their own bed downstairs.
