Our house is modern yet warm and peacefully situated right on the edge of a nature reserve in suburbia Huddinge south of Stockholm. You will experience natural surroundings with a beautiful swimming/fishing lake and nearby stables and sporting grounds with forest trails and Stockholm city is only a short 15 min drive away. We hope and believe you will love this house as much as we do. Our house was built in 2015 to a passive/eco house standard and has great panoramic views to make most use of the natural energy from the sun. The interior features a custom made staircase from oak trees taken from the grounds and a wide-open space boasting a breath taking 20 ft. ceiling height in the living room. Downstairs you will find the main bedroom including one big 450 sq ft bedroom with 3-4 beds and the master bedroom with one double bed and a toddler crib. A social open kitchen invites you to collaborate to make great meals using the high quality smeg ceramic induction stove with double ovens. In connection to the kitchen you will find the dining area and social space. The house has state of the art technical solutions for heating and ventilation. A separate technical utility room has all the necessary equipment to make doing the laundry a pure pleasure. The house is perfect for garden fun with a huge 1500 square feet deck, a hidden outside bathtub and fun stuff for kids such as swings and a trampoline. Within 2.5 miles you will find the Södertörn University, Huddinge Hospital and the centre of Huddinge with shops, restaurants and buses/commuter trains.
