New country house with lake view

My place is near a forest with nice walking paths and a lake. It's rural and quiet, no close neighbours. Yet it' s only 2 km from Bankeryd with grocery stores and 12 km from The city of Jönköping.The house was bult in 2016 and all furniture and equipment are new.The 25 squaremeters are well disposed with a kitchen with oven and bathroom as well as a fire-place. There is a very big terrace but no fence so small children must be watched. The location situated near an oak forest with a nice view of lake Vattern. The forest is your neighbour, and there are marked walking paths. The nature. No close neighbors. The view over the lake. Several interesting excursion spots in the neighborhood. You can park right outside the house. There are no neighbours close to the house. I kindly ask my guests to recycle and to save water. Not to let the water run while you wash the dishes and take quick showers.
