Lovely and cozy cottage right on the waterside in Uitwellingerga. The house has a large front and back yard with plenty of privacy and a private jetty on the water side. On the street side is a cozy terrace as well. The sun can by enjoyed on both terraces. The ground floor has a living room, an open plan kitchen and toilet. The façade on the water side consists almost entirely of glass so you can enjoy the outside from within the cottage. All windows on the ground floor have awnings so the house is cool during the summer. The kitchen is fully equipped. The cottage is complemented with ample parking spaces. On the upper floor there are 1 large bedroom with balcony and two smaller bedrooms. The bathroom has double sinks, a tub / shower and a toilet. On the west side of the cottage the bedrooms are equipped with sun canopies. The house is in a nice neighborhood where residents are almost all water sports minded. Near the cottage is a natural pool witch a beach and play facilities for children. Uitwellingerga is close Sneek, shops, museums, theater, cinema, terraces, restaurants and other entertainment and the Sneekermeer lake district. There are many summer activities in Friesland such as Skûtsjesilen, Sneekweek, Fierljeppen, the Frisian Balloon Festival in Joure, the 11-city tour by boat / rowing / cycling / hiking, etc. Uitwellingerga is centrally located in the Frisian lakes area and is a wonderful base for exploring Friesland.
