A new and well furnished semi-detached 4 bedroom house located in the village of Chinley, set in the beautiful High Peak area of the Peak District. Excellent walking trails are located 1 minute away with two excellent eating pubs within a 5 minute walk and take-out options available in the village. A 30-min walk takes you to the historic Bugsworth Canal Basin. Trains available to Manchester (30 mins) from Chinley station. There is a lockbox for self-entry, and a 7KW EV charging point. The house has a large master bedroom with an en-suite shower room, one double bedroom with wardrobe and also one bedroom with twin beds. Additionally there is a fourth bedroom equipped as a study and information centre, including an Apple iMac Computer. The house has gas central heating and has a good Wifi Connection throughout the house. All house and garden areas plus driveway. Where to start? For the walkers and cyclists there are excellent hills with commanding views on either side of Chinley. If Hills are not your thing then take the Peak Tramway trail to nearby Chapel-En-le-Frith, towards Buxworth or join the canal system at Buxworth that goes all the way into Manchester! An Excellent eating Inn and Pub are located 5 minutes walk from our house. There are many walking and cycling routes around the area, and our home has information on many of them, including local areas of interest such as Winnats Pass and Castleton. In the village of Chinley you can take trains to Manchester or Sheffield, both 30 mutes away. To make our guests more comfortable during the pandemic, we guarantee a 1-day gap between bookings. This, combined with a thorough cleaning regime including the use of anti-bacterial wipes to all common hand-contact surfaces, follows the recommendations of the WHO and Public Health England.
