The Lodge Cottage in South Downs (2 double rooms)

The lodge cottage is a charming place to stay near to the village of Keymer and close to the south downs ideal for families with off-road parking, 2 tastefully decorated double rooms included in price with some period features , and a large bathroom with privacy for your group occupying the top floor of the cottage. Access to the South Downs for dog walking or bike riding that can be rented nearby ! Near to train station grocery shops and village centre 😊 Two tastefully decorated double bedrooms and a large private bathroom with a walk in shower , wc and basin. Some period features and complete privacy as you occupy the whole top floor of the cottage. The area is spacious though if you want to book the 'entire cottage' which includes some extra downstairs accommodation, conservatory and garden then please contact me as I have a separate listing for this on airbnb and would happy to discuss. Your 2 large rooms will be private (the top floor of cottage) as well as the private bathroom. I will either be available at the property or away but available via phone for any issues 😊 The stunning South Downs way for walks are close by with Jack and Jill and the Ditchling Beacon all providing good options. The village of Keymer and Hassocks town are also just a short walk away with coffee bars , great pubs , restaurants and groceries , boutique shops and quality take away restaurants. The mainline railways station of hassocks is 15 mins walk so the cottage is also convenient for commuting or visiting both Brighton and London. Mountain bike rental is available nearby to explore the beautiful south downs. The Hassocks train station is 15 mins walk with regular trains to both London and Brighton. Good local knowledge of walking / biking routes on the south downs way can also be provided by your host. Uber and local taxi services are available to Brighton and Gatwick. just ask 😊 no pets... sorry. I don't provide a breakfast but I do provide tea/coffee and fresh water with a mini fridge for your use included in the price. 😊
