Off into nature !!! Landhaus Bärhaus is looking forward to you

Our newly built holiday home is located in the middle of nature but still not far from many hot spots. It is a detached holiday home on our property with living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom over 2 floors. The usable area is approximately 65sqm. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which is also used for heating. Insect screens are installed in every room. You can expect a living room with a comfortable couch, satellite TV and chic country house furniture. Books, board games and art supplies for children are available. The bedroom has a cozy and large double bed, another single bed is also available. Here too we stayed true to the country house style. The occupancy is ideal for 2 adults + child. Unfortunately, this type of assignment cannot be saved. Therefore, the note is given here. If necessary, we can provide a baby travel cot. In addition to a dishwasher, large fridge, induction hob and oven, the cozy kitchen also has a microwave and of course all other kitchen appliances. The bathroom has a large shower. There are 2 road-safe mountain bikes available for our guests. For our guests we have a grill and relaxation terrace of more than 50 square meters. Have breakfast under the morning sun, relax, for example with a good book, on the comfortable deckchairs or prepare something delicious on the grill. We have tried to incorporate our closeness to nature into the overall concept of Landhaus Bärhaus and hope that you will feel very comfortable here. No street noise bothers. Right next to the house, nature invites you to go for walks and bike rides. On the well-developed network of cycle paths (also directly at the holiday home) you can reach the "Grünewalder Lauch" and the "Senftenberger See" on safe paths, away from the main roads. In Lauchhammer there are various shops, restaurants, a train station (with S-Bahn connection to the city of Leipzig), a modern indoor leisure pool with a new large sauna area. In the neighboring town of Schwarzheide, there are other shops and restaurants, a cinema and a large disco. Just visit Dresden. The city of Dresden and the Elbepark, the shopping center on the A4) can be reached in 30 minutes. Visit the historic old town with a wide variety of restaurants, visit museums, castles, theaters, the Semper Opera and much more. It is worth it in any case. The steamer fleet travels through the beautiful Elbe valley to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains with its plentiful and varied sights. Other excursion destinations in the nutritious environment are the Eurospeedway Lausitz and the Spreewald. Berlin can be reached via the A13 motorway in about 1.5 hours. In the holiday home you will find many flyers and brochures for activities in the area.
