Beautiful flat close to Hamburg

We offer a beautiful and spacious apartment in Rellingen, which is located on the northwestern edge of Hamburg. Due to its excellent traffic connection and at the same time quiet location, the apartment is perfectly suited for everyone wanting to exlore Hamburg and surroundings, as well as for those looking for a temporarily stay while being on an (extended) buisiness trip. The apartment is generously spaced and qualitatively furnished in a nordic style. The whole space of 100 square meters will be available for you alone. The apartment entails a bedroom with balcony access, a study which can be used as a second bedroom, and a large light-flooded living room with a french balcony. Also, there is a kitchen inviting to cook a warming meal after a long sightseeing or working day (oven, toaster, electric kettle etc. are provided). The bathroom has a bathtub to relax and there is a seperate small bathroom with a toilet. The whole apartment on the first floor of a beautiful urban villa will be solely available to the guests. The bottom part of the villa is inhabited by a very kind family of four, whose daughter is co-hosting this apartment. There is a private entrance and a balcony which is solely used by the guests. Guests are welcome to share the garden in consultation with the family. We extend a warm welcome to our guests and aspire to make your stay as perfect as possible. Your questions and requests are always welcome, but we also respect your privacy. We are eager to get to know you and your travel and like to share some tipps for activities and sightseeing in our beautiful home town. We look forward to meet you :) The location is very well connected to the train station in Pinneberg as well as the highway exit "Pinneberg-Mitte". Still, the area is very quiet as the villa is located close to a beautiful forest offering numerous possibilities to relax or engage in activities such as water-skiing/wakeboarding. Shopping facilities are accessible by foot and the city centers of Rellingen or Pinneberg are reachable quickly by bus or car. Through train station "Pinneberg" which is a 15 minute walk away, there is an excellent connection to regional trains in Schleswig-Holstein (northern part of Germany) and the public transport system of Hamburg (Hamburg main station can be reached within 20 minutes). The bus station can be reached within 3 minutes by foot. It's approximately a 30 minute-car drive to the city center of Hamburg and there are very good parking options in our street. Toddlers and children are likewise very welcome. Anyhow, we have to point out that the stairway is not secured. Also, a crib would need to be brought. Regarding check in times, we can arrange for earlier times on weekends.
